What You’ll Do

• Lead shifts and ensure the store runs smoothly from open to close
• Set the tone for energy, service, and execution on the floor
• Support sales by coaching associates in real time
• Ensure merchandising, cleanliness, and organization stay on point
• Handle customer situations with confidence and care
• Open/close the store and manage daily operations when scheduled
• Support inventory, restocking, and back-of-house organization
• Act as the bridge between the team and store leadership
